As being 38 weeks pregnant comes and goes, I decided to start a weekly vlog series. I thought that it would be a great way to capture the last few moments of pregnancy and I honestly wished that I had started this project sooner! (I had forgotten how fun it is to edit videos, even though I should have used a better camera!)
I am very excited to start this series! So, grab an iced coffee and get to know me a little better!

Admit it – I had some true comedy gold this week. Here are the screenshots from the video, if I edited them too fast for you!

How would I characterize being 38 weeks pregnant?
If I had to describe being 38 weeks pregnant, I would say it was characterized by waiting with bated breath. Every new feeling I had was attributed to impending labor – until it wasn’t. (And honestly, it was usually just being able to pass gas or finally get to poop!)
I also noticed there has been a definitely increase in the severity of back aches and difficulty rolling out of bed. I told my husband I honestly feel like a turtle with the way I need to roll out to use the restroom. Which, speaking of, is so frequent I refuse to flush if it’s clear!
We are Seven Days from Due Date!
We are officially a week away from my due date! This means next week’s vlog will either be very exciting or very anti-climatic! Feel free to join me on this journey by subscribing on youtube or connecting on social media!
